Agroktima Philippos Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) from the Solea Valley in Cyprus. This olive oil is harvested some weeks before our main crop to keep it high in polyphenols. This gives our early harvest EVOO a peppery and spicy taste profile.
This product is cold pressed and unfiltered, which means it is best suited for drizzling onto salads, dips and desserts. A true olive oil lover's treat!
Milled from the finest olives of the Eastern Mediterranean, grown on our family farm at 1400m above sea level in the viillage of Evrychou. This spicy and peppery, fresh-tasting olive oil will smoke at a lower temperature due to the high phenolic content, so we recommend that you don't heat this oil, but rather enjoy at room temperature.
